I make complex products easier to learn, use, and adopt.

Hi, I’m Sai. I work across product adoption, customer education, and enablement, using AI and automation to build better experiences for customers and the teams supporting them.

WHAT I DO

I like figuring out what should exist when the answer isn’t obvious yet.

A lot of my career has lived in the space between a product being built and someone actually knowing how to use, sell, or support it. That’s taken me across product adoption, customer education, enablement, and now AI and automation.

Sometimes that means building something from scratch. Sometimes it’s taking something that’s already working and figuring out how to make it better or scale it.

Give me an ambiguous problem, and I’m usually happiest turning it into something useful.
